Summary

• Assist engineering in the creation and revision of electronic records in the Maintenance database (Infor EAM) for facilities and ground support equipment work orders. Provide printed copies of work orders or controlled field-working copy of the procedure to assigned engineers upon request. Close completed work orders as requested.
  
• Ensure and verify equipment under maintenance is up to date in the maintenance database. (50%)
  
• Coordinate and track Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Statements (TSs) and Facility Change Requests (FCRs). Release facility drawings/sketches (20%)
  
• Communications and documents must be electronically stored and organized per existing organizational structures (30%)
  

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated INFOR EAM experience (mandatory).
  
• Demonstrated SAP experience.
  
• AS degree mandatory
  

• MS Suite experience, communication, writing and presentation skills
  
• BS degree preferred
