Description Maine Medical CenterManagement/Leadership For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Nursing Leadership:Nurse Manager - $10,000 Eligible candidates are hired into a Full time Nurse Manager position. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Maine Medical Center Biddeford is looking for a Nurse Manager that is driven and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. What we're looking for: Strong leadership - able to make decisions, problem solve and collaborate effectively Exceptional communication skills Ability to lead a team, establish creative and safe staffing management and encourage professional growth of staff Leadership and acute care experience is required Medical / Surgical Cardiac Unit (MS4): A 45 Bed / 32 Telemetry - Medical / Surgical unit with a concentration of post-cardiac procedure and cardiac patients. This department is on a self-scheduling model, with normal shifts 12 hours in duration Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
