The Office of Digital Transformation at Lam Research is responsible for the creation of next generation business process and accelerated adoption of technology across the company. The Senior Program Manager, Digital Transformation a unique opportunity to transform a market leading semiconductor company to scale for past and future growth at an unprecedented time in our industry.

This position will lead Project Management components of our Digital Transformation across the company. This includes, planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinates work performed by IT staff, our external partner, and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

What You'll Do
  • Identifying measurable objectives and plans that support a high probability of successful achievement. Track these measurable objectives, KPIs and financial targets across the Digital Transformation workstreams.
  • Establish and lead Operation Reviews process across each of the workstream tracks and help manage the scorecard for the program.
  • Provide support on project planning and management to aid in plan development, identify issues, recommend solutions, and oversee implementation of solutions
  • Manage Digital Transformation's financial planning and spend, manage budgeting process.
  • Drive setting of AOP budget and submission for the year
  • Responsible for oversight of financial internal controls
  • Deliver budget and planning in support of quarterly financial planning cycles
  • Contract management/oversight for org's third-party contracts. Includes alignment of Legal support and approval and ongoing billing approval
Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 12+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of related experience in project management or program management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $132,000.00 -$276,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
