Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Consultant who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA. Work from home - Hybrid.

We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead with expertise in SAP GTS and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain as well as Research and Development. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and driving efficiency.

• Own the implementation and optimization of SAP GTS solutions to enhance business processes.
• Supervise the integration of SAP GTS with other systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Global Knowledgeable on the Global Trade Compliance matter that should include Compliance Legal Regulation Import and Export Customs and Risk Management
• Must have experience with INTRASTAT Reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of SAP GTS projects.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Train and mentor team members on SAP GTS standard processes and functionalities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP GTS.
• Well versed in all SAP GTS v11.0 processes and GTS Edition for HANA.
• Monitor system performance and implement vital upgrades or enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to improve system utilization.
• Provide ongoing support and solve for SAP GTS-related issues.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 10+ years of SAP GTS implementation and support experience.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
• Exhibit experience in Research and Development within a manufacturing context.
• Showcase excellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex projects.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
