Job summary

We are seeking a CBC Manager Consulting with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business-To-Consumer Business Process Framework Business Process Modelling Business Process and Business Operations. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of business process frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the design and modeling of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert consultation on Business-To-Consumer strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of business process models to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Implement best practices in business operations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze business process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members on business process methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business process activities.
  • Support the development of business process automation solutions to streamline operations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on business process management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored business process solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Business-To-Consumer strategies and implementation.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Business Process Framework and Business Process Modelling.
  • Have a deep understanding of Business Process and Business Operations.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in using business process management tools and software.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a proven track record of leading successful business process improvement initiatives.
  • 10+ years of experience in life & annuity domain and prior experience in any consulting practice- Preferred
