We're on the hunt for a rockstar Client Tutor to join our crew! Your mission? Keep our clients safe, build awesome connections, and help them crush their goals. You'll be their go-to support during school, tackling challenges together and celebrating their wins. If you're passionate about working with youth and ready to bring the good vibes, we want YOU!

Key Responsibilities:

Team Up with Teachers: Work side-by-side with our amazing teachers to grade assignments and assessments. Let's make sure everyone's on the path to success!

Data Detective: Keep tabs on each client's progress by maintaining Excel spreadsheets, taking attendance, and helping with daily check-ins and goal-setting. You'll be the data guru!

Progress Report Pro: Write up weekly progress reports for the classroom teacher to share. Keep everyone in the loop about the awesome things happening!

EMR Wizard: Input case notes into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system before treatment team meetings. Your attention to detail will shine here!

Supply Squad: Help collect and manage classroom supplies-think paper, pencils, and all the essentials. Keep our classroom stocked and ready to go!

Policy Pal: Follow all policies and keep records straight-no stress, just success!

Training Champion: Stay up-to-date with all required trainings (HealthStream, CPR, CPI, etc.) and certifications. Knowledge is power!

• H.S. Degree or GED required bachelor's level degree in related field preferably in Mathematics/Science.
• Prior work experience in other behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.

Compensation for this role ranges from $18.00-$22.00 per hour depending on education and experience.
