Job Summary

Risepoint is seeking a dynamic and results-driven executive to lead the Healthcare Services business, overseeing healthcare related academic strategy, business development, university partnerships, and operational execution.

This leadership role will build our partnership strategy to be the best-in-class online and hybrid healthcare education partner. Included in the strategy will be partnerships with new and existing universities as well as hospital systems/employers for a holistic nursing education experience. This role ensures scalability, financial sustainability, and student success in healthcare education programs (with while fostering strategic healthcare employer and university collaborations.

As SVP, you will own and drive the full business strategy, leading the growth and

optimization of Risepoint's healthcare education ecosystem. This includes academic program oversight, employer and university partnerships, clinical placement agreements, and operational excellence, ensuring our programs are best-in-class, compliant, and aligned with workforce and higher education needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Business Leadership and Operational Oversight

*Lead and manage Healthcare Services organization in

collaboration with the Managing Directors, Student Success and

the Product Marketing organization ensuring all rounded support

to our university partners and workforce partners and in alignment

with Risepoint's broader strategic goals as well as balancing

growth investments, cost efficiency, and revenue targets. 30%

* Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of program delivery, student enrollment, financial performance, and employer/university partnerships, including operationalizing tracking graduation, employment and NCLEX/Licensure scores., * Drive operational efficiency by implementing scalable systems, processes, and performance tracking to support sustained growth and quality outcomes.

Academic & University Partnership Strategy

* Develop and expand partnerships with universities to launch

pre-licensure (initial focus) programs and other healthcare

degrees that support the care model which workforce partners

need, ensuring alignment with academic standards and

accreditation requirements.

* Collaborate with university leaders to integrate nursing

competency-based learning, curriculum development, and

faculty engagement.

* Work with internal product teams and external university

partners to ensure academic excellence for pre-licensure

nursing programs, maintaining high-quality curriculum design,

regulatory compliance, and accreditation success.

* Work closely with university partners to create seamless

education-to-employment pipelines that improve student career

placement.

Business Development & Employer Partnerships

* Develop and execute a market expansion strategy, securing

partnerships with healthcare employers, hospital systems, and

academic institutions.

* Establish structured workforce pipelines by building clinical

placement agreements, employer-sponsored education

models, and tuition reimbursement partnerships.

* Lead strategic negotiations with hospital networks and

employers to create high-impact upskilling and workforce

development programs.

* Lead and maintain the relationship with the workforce partners

after signing. Also responsible for creating strategic plans for the

partnership, in order to track enrollment of dedicated partners,

graduates hired and retention levels including speed from

graduation to bedside (reductions in training time), number of

adjunct faculty hired from workforce partner.

Regulatory & Compliance Leadership

* Ensure all nursing programs comply with state and national licensure requirements, accreditation standards, and clinical training mandates. * Manage risk and regulatory oversight for clinical site partnerships, university collaborations, student licensure pathways, and employer-based education models.

Qualifications Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

* 15+ years of executive leadership experience in nursing education, healthcare operations, higher education leadership, or workforce development. * Proven track record of scaling a business unit, leading operations, business development, university partnerships, and academic program management in healthcare or education. * P&L management experience, with the ability to balance growth, cost control, and revenue generation. * Strong background in nursing program oversight, licensure regulations, and accreditation compliance. * Expertise in building employer partnerships, securing clinical placements, and developing university collaborations. * Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure high-quality student and workforce outcomes.
