Temporary Non-Benefit Eligible The Ganser Fellowship Program is made possible through the Meriter Foundation, Meriter Medical Staff and Meriter Hospital. The program provides students with an extensive overview of the operations of UnityPoint Health - Meriter. This is accomplished by exposure to most departments throughout the system and interactions with a wide variety of hospital staff. Ganser Fellows * Work in an assigned department completing projects as assigned
* Attend a variety of hospital and medical staff meetings
* View surgeries
* Shadow physicians and other health care professionals
