Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Salary: $41,600-$49,920 per year Hours: 7:30am-5:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great Inside Sales Representative position available at a company in La Vista, NE. This is a direct hire position, Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Maintain good customer service skills while interfacing with customers on customer pickups. - Provides customers with quotes, pulling customer orders and assisting customers with product inquiries. - Evaluate warranty claims and take appropriate action to satisfy both the customer and vendor according to the established policy. - Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as requested. - Loading and unloading products in a safe and efficient manner using necessary tools, equipment, and skills, lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc., and may involve lifting and moving of heavy loads. - Input in outbound transfers and receive inbound transfer orders. - Assist the store manager as directed. - Assist in cycle count/inventory management responsibilities as assigned by the manager. - Stock merchandise in proper locations and stock bins ensuring accuracy of inventory. Inside Sales Representative Requirements: - Strong customer service skills. - Prior sales experience preferred but not required. - HVAC experience is a plus, but not a must. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Forklift experience is preferred and will be required to pass forklift safety certification upon hire. - Must be able to lift 80 pounds on an infrequent basis and 25 pounds on a frequent basis. - Must be knowledgeable and comfortable with Microsoft Office with willingness and ability to learn other computer software. caitlin.dahl@qpsemployment.com About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
