Executive Director, Global Head of Site Services and Partnerships Remote within the US Overview: Fortrea is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director, Global Head of Site Services and Partnerships to lead our global Site Services and Partnerships department. This role requires a dynamic leader who will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the department, overseeing financial sustainability, and delivering operational excellence while cultivating a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will spearhead the development and execution of data analytics, site services, engagement, and partnership strategies across diverse study portfolios. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Change Management: Lead transformational initiatives aligning with long-term organizational goals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Operational & Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and representing the organization at key industry forums.
- Team Leadership & Culture Building: Mentor and develop a high-performing leadership team while promoting an inclusive, accountable, and innovative workplace.
- Business Growth & Innovation: Identify new business opportunities, promote innovative thinking, and enhance service delivery to position the organization as an industry leader.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of experience in research and development or clinical research (pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO), including 5+ years leading cross-functional development programs
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Director, VP, or Senior Leader in a growth-oriented organization
- Strong financial and operational leadership skills
- Experience in driving site-related performance metrics and cultivating strategic site partnerships
