How will you make an impact?

We are seeking a Senior GTS Data Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives, leveraging statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI to drive strategic business insights. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable recommendations, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

What will you do?

Data Analysis & Modeling:



  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights.
  • Ensure high-quality data is accessible and optimized for analysis.


Project Leadership:



  • Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment and ongoing monitoring.
  • Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.


Collaboration & Communication:



  • Partner with business units to understand challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Advocate for a data-centric decision-making culture across the organization.


Continuous Improvement & Innovation:



  • Stay current with emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices in AI, ML, and data analytics.
  • Enhance existing models and processes through experimentation and innovation.
  • Recommend new tools and technologies to optimize data capabilities.


Documentation & Compliance:



  • Maintain thorough documentation of models, methodologies, and analyses.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, GxP, and SOX compliance requirements.


How will you get here?

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in data analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python or R and experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex data concepts for a non-technical audience.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience with big data technologies & cloud platforms (Google Data Analytics, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Knowledge of GxP and SOX Compliance (preferred).
  • Previous experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech (a plus).
