Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing status updates.
- Accurately open, track, and close work orders while maintaining detailed records.
- Process invoices, repair estimates, and warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to manage service reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze data.
- Maintain service department records, including technician schedules, customer files, and parts inventory documentation.
- Support the service team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and internal communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service advisor, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in the transportation or automotive industry).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis is a plus).
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, managers, and customers.
