She/he plans, organizes, and directs staff in order to meet workload demand and maintain operational efficiency. This role includes clinical practice, staff development, consultation, leadership, and support. You will work with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure lines of communication are open and processes for quality patient care and problem resolution are in place and utilized. Salary Range: Minimum 55.88 per hour - Maximum 86.62 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
