PrairieCare, a leading psychiatric healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Mankato. Position Overview: As a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) at PrairieCare, you will play a crucial role in delivering client-centered and interactive Occupational Therapy services. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervising the occupational care of patients in accordance with PrairieCare's policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual patient assessments as ordered by a physician. Adhere to Occupational Therapy Standards of Practice and the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Manage and respond to situations with calmness and professionalism. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Qualifications What We're Looking For: Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with current licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Registered in Minnesota. Level II fieldwork experience in psycho-social OT is strongly preferred for newly graduated candidates. A commitment to providing gender, cultural, and age-appropriate care. Pay range for this position is $70,000 to $92,000 depending on education and experience.
