Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! Entry level construction position in Ryan's Field Department or Project Management Department reporting to the Project Executive or Director of Construction with indirect reporting to the Project Manager or Project Superintendent. Assists the project team in the completion of a designated project with the focus on learning Ryan processes, procedures and business policies. The position objective is to educate the employee in field and office operations while working from a construction project site for a minimum of six months and preferably for the duration of an entire construction project. Upon completion of the employee's tenure as a Project Engineer and Sr. Project Engineer a career direction / decision will be established for either promotion to Project Manager I (Project Manager Career Path) or Assistant Superintendent (Field Career Path). Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The annual base pay is $62,200 - $77,700. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program. Benefits:
