Counselor (Excelsior House Crisis Residential Treatment) This is an on-site position. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday from 7:00am - 3:30pm PST, totaling 40 hours a week. The pay for this position is $22.00-24.00 per hour. Summary As a Residential Counselor, you will play an active role in the crisis stabilization and support of adults who are dealing with persistent or acute mental illness, which may also include co-occurring disorders. You will provide crisis services within a structured, intensive program that lasts up to 28 days. Clients may come from outpatient intensive programs to prevent hospitalization or directly from hospitals to continue their stabilization in a warm, house-like environment. Primary Duties
