Test Manager with Specialty Pharmacy Exp. (Remote)

Location: Saint Louis - MO - Remote allowed

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must have 8+ years of expert knowledge in Pharmacy

Experience in Specialty Pharmacy workflow testing is mandatory

Experience in Database validations

Strong communication skills and have experience with Business interaction

Experience and have participated in agile ceremonies

Experience in Test management tool such as Qtest and Jira

Knowledge in Health care domain is good to have

Should have clean background check

Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the HealthCare Claims and Membership workflows

Understand the Pharmacy requirement and regression test cases

Co-ordinate with Business teams. Test Data teams and surrounds application teams for clarifications

Manage the UAT team and guide them to complete the deliverables on time

Prepare Execution summary reports and share to Client

Participating in the Daily Scrum/Requirement grooming/Retrospective meeting

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$71,100 - $112,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
