Location: Mobile, AL Basic Field ServicesImaging and deployment of new laptops and mobile devices (BYOD). User onboarding/offboarding: setting up workplaces, managing laptops and devices, collecting assets. Update IT Assets inventory (when assets deployed to users or returned to stock or disposed) Coordinate with the Regional IT Manager the annual disposal of EOL IT assets. Provide Level 2 computer/application support. Solve hardware/software issues, engage vendor support for repairs. Resolve IT support incidents in ServiceNow, maintaining SLAs, and document support activities in ServiceNow. Update and patch client PC environments and local Server Infrastructure Installing and updating approved software Support network-connected infrastructure like AV systems, meeting rooms, access control, and video surveillance. Provide 'hands and feet' support to the Corporate IT infrastructure and Operations teams, for site IT infrastructure (server, storage, network, wifi,..) Support local, regional, and global IT projects. Support continuous improvement programs/initiatives. Support Corporate Cybersecurity and Compliance initiatives Follow FMC IT policies and standards and ensure site compliance with internal controls. Support internal audit preparations and execution. IT procurement and vendor management. Support Regional IT Manager with Site budget planning and expense tracking. Advanced Support requirements:Provide site specific infrastructure IT support. Eg site badge access, camera surveillance system, time & attendance system, visitor sign-in, more complex Meeting Room setups. PCN Support requirements:Provide IT support for Computer systems in PCN areas in the plant. Excluding PLC's, manufacturing equipment ! This typically includes preparing computers with Windows LTSC, deploying systems in the correct VLAN/Subnet Ensure patches are being applied, either manual or via patching via WSUS update servers in the DMZ to all machines, and manually address patching issues. Monitor for any systems having Trellix AV update issues and remediate. Monitoring the backups from the systems covered (typically Acronis). And perform DR restore tests. Coordinate with the Corporate Network team any PCN firewall change requests. Manage the 'Site IT' owned physical and virtual servers in the DMZ Patching firmware on the hosts Patching Windows and all installed software per the corporate 'system vulnerability & patch management policy' Remediate any Rapid7 reported vulnerabilities, after review & approval with the Engineering department. Document any approved security exceptions. Including clear documentation in ServiceNow Ensure physical security for IT managed PCN infrastructure (managing an reviewing access control system) Assist the Electrical - Engineering team with deploying new systems. Support is limited to deploying windows OS, ensuring the networking is setup correctly. Update BCRP documentation for "IT owned" areas of the PCN environment. Eg the DMZ environment, any Visio diagrams on PCN / DMZ network environments. Provide support for 'IT owned' areas of the PCN environment in case of a DR test, or when a full or partial DR is declared. For example, imaging/deploying systems, restoring data, providing required IT support to restore or deploy replacement systems/infrastructure. Lab support requirements:Provide IT support for Computer systems in R&D Lab areas. This typically includes preparing computers with Windows LTSC, deploying systems in the correct VLAN/Subnet Ensure patching systems are pathed during agreed maintenance windows. Where applicable via WSUS update servers in the DMZ to all machines, and manually address patching issues. Monitor for any LAB PC systems having Trellix AV update issues and remediate (for non-domain joined systems) Monitoring the backups from the systems covered (typically Acronis). And perform DR restore tests. Coordinate with the Corporate Network team any PCN firewall change requests. Manage the 'Site IT' owned physical and virtual servers in the DMZ Patching firmware on the hosts Patching Windows and all installed software per the corporate 'system vulnerability & patch management policy' Remediate any Rapid7 reported vulnerabilities, after review & approval with the Lab system owner. Including clear documentation in ServiceNow Ensure physical security for IT managed Lab infrastructure (managing a reviewing access control system) Assist the LAB team with deploying new systems. Support is limited to deploying windows OS, ensuring the networking is setup accurately. Update BCRP documentation for "IT owned" areas of the LAB environment. Eg the DMZ environment, any Visio diagrams on LAB vlans and DMZ network environments. Provide support for 'IT owned' areas of the LAB environment in case of a DR test, or when a full or partial DR is declared. For example, imaging/deploying systems, restoring data, providing required IT support to restore or deploy replacement systems/infrastructure. As well as coordinating the recovery efforts with the lab teams and vendors. Applications will be accepted until 3/07/25. The annual salary for this position is between $79,000 - $107,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
