We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in our Philadelphia, PA, 1532 W. Champlost Street location. Earn $31.20 with benefits working M - F 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Position Details Under the guidance of the Program Director, the LPN will provide for the well-being of the individuals being serviced within the Community Residential program for geriatric adults. Administer medications and therapeutic treatment orders. Train residents in self-administration of medications. Monitor and document weight, respiration, and blood pressure. Participate in leading and co-leading therapeutic groups. Documentation and reporting of all necessary records and progress notes. Provide a framework for a safe learning experience in the environment. Provide information, guidance, and foster growth and development. Facilitate implementation of the specific program and individual routines while serving as a role model for staff. Compliance and enforcement of all established agency policies and those delineated by the State and County regulations.
