Location: US-Remote, must be in the US #LI-Remote R25_0003083 Job DescriptionNielsenIQ is seeking a Director of Sales Transformation GTM Strategy. The Director of Sales Transformation will be responsible for driving key global initiatives related to how, where, and by whom we execute our sales strategy. This will involve coordinating with business leaders and include commercial transformation, operating model design, broad commercial initiatives, process redesign, and data analytics. This role will work directly with the VP of Sales Transformation on these initiatives. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of designing and implementing strategic initiatives, is an analytical problem-solver, and is continuously searching for ways to increase the impact of the sales organization. This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $110,000-$150,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
