Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Product Manager

Within the broader Digital Informatics and Technology Solutions (DigITs) organization, the Product Management team oversees product strategy, execution, and adoption for large scale digital solutions that support MSK employees, clinicians, researchers, and health consumers. We empower our clinicians and patients with digital tools that support the best outcomes, and we support our researchers in their efforts to forge new territory in precision oncology.

Role Overview

    Join the Digital Pathology team to develop an end-to-end digitized experience for MSK's Pathology department
  • Act as a business analyst within an Agile Scrum team, contributing to the full product lifecycle
  • Conduct discovery efforts to document business and functional requirements for key initiatives
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, design, and other Product Managers to translate workflows into digital solutions
  • Perform usability testing, track success metrics, and document development and user acceptance criteria
  • Support release activities, including performance tracking, troubleshooting, and feature prioritization

Key Qualifications

  • Passion for healthcare (experience in healthcare and/or pathology is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a history of data-driven decision-making
  • Experience executing product vision, design discussions, and new technology development
  • Knowledge of the full product lifecycle and Agile methodologies (SAFe certification is a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing complex initiatives

Additional Information:

  • Location: 2x a week at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday with Friday
  • Reporting to: Manager II, Product Management
  • Pay Range: $88,800.00-$142,200.00
