Job Title: Test Technician/Tester - 1st Shift

Shift Hours: 1st shift

Are you a detail-oriented technician with a passion for electronic testing and small component assembly? We're looking for a Test Technician/Tester to join our team and play a vital role in our electronic testing and quality assurance processes. This position offers a dynamic work environment with the opportunity to enhance your skills in cutting-edge electronic testing procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate electronic test stands and perform component-level testing.
  • Conduct resistance, gain, and noise testing with precision.
  • Follow established procedures for testing small, fragile devices.
  • Utilize oscilloscopes and other electronic lab equipment for testing.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure product accuracy.
  • Assemble small electronic components, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Enter test data into Microsoft Office and company databases accurately.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Test Experience: Previous experience with electronic testing in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with oscilloscopes and basic DC electronics.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and resolve testing-related issues.
  • Assembly Experience: Hands-on experience with small component assembly and handling fragile parts.
  • Administrative Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to document test results and findings clearly.
  • Attendance & Attitude: Great attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
