We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Openshift Docker Container and Kubernetes along with domain experience in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our innovative projects and help drive our company's success.

• Lead the design implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions using Openshift Docker Container and Kubernetes.
• Oversee the deployment and management of containerized applications to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Provide technical expertise in Asset & Wealth Management to support the development of robust infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of infrastructure strategies with business goals.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality and reliability.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes configurations and procedures.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance infrastructure capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
• Contribute to the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.

• Possess strong expertise in Openshift Docker Container and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management domain.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Show proficiency in implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance.
• Have experience in developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
• Display strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Be adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Have experience in coordinating with external vendors and partners.
• Contribute to the development of disaster recovery plans.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.

The annual salary for this position is between $91,000 - $123,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
