Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager based in Maine to coordinate and drive delivering next-generation AI solutions within Tyler's Enterprise ERP software suite.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the project manager and product manager, working with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements, priorities and timelines
  • Integrate APIs to facilitate the AI Agent's interaction with existing state systems
  • Ensure agent continues to operate with high level of relevancy and quality
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Document integration processes, technical specifications, and best practices
  • Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to guide iteration and improvements

Qualifications
  • Must be physically located in Maine, in office a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to provide information in a format and manner adapted to, and easily understood by, the given audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and balance multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work in highly ambiguous, emerging and evolvingenvironment
  • Some GenAI experience (prompt engineering, evals, etc) preferred but not required
  • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs for systems integration is ideal but not required
