This role is responsible for planning and executing exhibiting events, directly interacting with internal field teams, external marketing teams, manufacturers, and vendors. The Marketing Coordinator will enhance our ability to control branding, provide local expertise, improve social media relevance, and monitor results at a local level, enabling us to make more informed decisions and better support local sales and service teams. Responsibilities
- Support over 75 national and local exhibiting events, including ongoing tasks such as booth procurement, resource distribution, brand consistency monitoring, and advertising.
- Gather all leads and prospects from events and assign opportunities to Sales Representatives in Salesforce.
- Monitor Event ROIs and make recommendations for subsequent budget and re-attendance.
- Work closely with manufacturers to establish speaking engagements & CEUs that feature expertise of e3 Diagnostics salespeople and deliver additional value to our customers.
- Gather pictures and information from events for Social Media content.
- Review localized marketing metrics and communicate upcoming promotions through quarterly meetings with each West and East District Sales Manager.
- Assist in creating and managing marketing plans for Physical Therapy and School customer segments in Monday.com.
- Learn and manage Qualtrics survey software to create and deploy surveys as needed. Manage internal user support including metrics and dashboards.
- Work with apparel vendors to select and deliver giveaways and apparel for exhibiting, workshops, and internal meetings.
- Manage promotional inventory, apparel, and print media, including vendor management while monitoring spending by office location.
- Learn the basic product features and benefits of audiology, balance, and occupational health equipment and the services we provide to customers.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

- Eagerness to learn, team player, can-do attitude, trustworthy, innovative.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 1 year of relevant marketing experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Travel:
- Ability to travel domestically 1-3 times per year.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
