Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Neonatologist to join our highly recognized and collaborative team. Our physicians, nurses, and staff are committed to providing exceptional care in a team-oriented environment, making this a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission.

Position Overview:




  • Location: All Children's Hospital / main campus hospital.
  • Level IV NICU: Work in a comprehensive, state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit.
  • Collaborative Team: You'll work closely with residents, fellows, and Nurse Practitioners, providing both clinical and academic support.
  • Shifts: Includes day, night, and weekend shifts. On-site staffing includes 5 MDs during the day, and 1 MD with residents/fellows/Nurse Practitioners at night.
  • 24-hour in-house Nurse Practitioners to support the team.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide high-quality neonatal care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including residents, fellows, and nurse practitioners.
  • Participate in building and growing a program with a focus on academic development.
  • Take an active role in mentoring residents and fellows.



Ideal Candidate Qualifications:




  • Interest in Academia: A passion for teaching and building academic programs.
  • Point of Care Ultrasound: Familiarity with or willingness to contribute to a Point of Care Ultrasound Program.
  • ECMO Expertise: Strong background in ECMO technology and training.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Level IV NICU experience is a plus.
