Job Description: Are you ready to be part of exciting projects in 2025? Our client is seeking skilled Access Control/Low Voltage Technicians to work on a variety of projects, including data centers, distribution centers, hotels, and schools. As a Technician, you will: * Install Access Control systems in commercial environments (no programming required) * Install cameras in commercial settings (preferred but not necessary) * Create cable pathways in large commercial environments using j-hooks and cable trays * Work on boom lifts, climb ladders, and operate scissor lifts Top Skills: * Access Control: 2+ years of experience in commercial installations * Camera Installation: 2+ years of experience preferred * Cable Pathways: 2+ years of experience in creating cable pathways * Comfortable working on boom lifts, ladders, and scissor lifts Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Strong work ethic and analytical ability * Self-starter, motivated, and punctual Employee Value Proposition (EVP): This is your chance to secure full-time employment with a company that values its employees and offers opportunities for growth. Work Environment: * Worksites vary from new construction to existing buildings * Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM * Jeans, work boots, t-shirt/long sleeve (no profanity) * Full PPE gear required on most sites (hard hat) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
