Title: Mechanical Integrity Coordinator
Location: Plaquemine, LA
Salary: $81,900 - $113,700
Schedule: 9/80, 4/10s, 5/8s
Focus: The Mechanical Integrity Coordinator is responsible for compliance with the OASIS standard (Olin's mechanical integrity program) as well as serving as a facilitator and core member of the Mechanical Integrity Assessment Team (MIAT).
Mechanical Integrity Coordinator Essential Job Functions:
- Updates Leadership of significant or potential issues.
- Ensures all equipment has been identified and registered and that equipment files are maintained.
- Ensures that all documented compliance PMs (inspections) are completed per schedule.
- Maintains documented summary of all PM identified deficiencies and recommendations including MIAT assigned due dates and tracking to closure.
- Ensures the use of temporary devices on equipment follow evaluation and engineering protocols and that changes to equipment or service are properly evaluated and approved using either the Records Change Report or Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Ensures that Piping Status Change Reports (PSCR) are completed for all repairs or for alterations to piping systems.
Mechanical Integrity Coordinator Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in plant operations or maintenance
- Previous inspection experience and API 510/570/653 Certification or combination thereof preferred
- Proficient user of MS Office and experience using SAP
- Possesses strong personal initiative with solid organizational and communication skills
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
