Could you be the full-time onsite Human Resources Business Partner in West Mifflin, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive human resources expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll shape and deploy business objectives that resonate with the unique histories and missions of our two West Mifflin sites. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including senior management, regional HR teams, and our diverse workforce), act as a trusted advisor on HR-related issues, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives,



  • Acting as a trusted advisor for HR-related issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws,



  • Prior supervisory experience,



  • Overseeing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent,



  • Supporting change initiatives and managing the human impact of organizational changes,



  • Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR programs,



  • Collaborating with regional HR teams to align local and global HR goals,



  • Developing communication plans for effective change management,



  • Contributing to regional HR strategy development and best practices implementation"




All about you

  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field,



  • Experience or understanding of HR practices in a manufacturing or similar environment,



  • Knowledge of strategic HR planning, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning,



  • Familiarity with employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement,



  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP,



  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English,



  • Ability to oversee the recruitment process and implement training and development programs,



  • Competence in supporting organizational change initiatives,



  • Proficiency in utilizing HR data and analytics for decision-making,



  • Collaborative skills to work with regional HR teams in developing strategies
