Join our dedicated team as a Mental Health Scheduling Coordinator during the night shift, from 10:45 PM to 6:45 AM, Monday through Friday. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure seamless scheduling for our mental health services, supporting both clients and providers in a compassionate environment. This position, Mental Health Scheduling Coordinator (Job Requisition #52182), is open to all State employees and external applicants. Candidates, including current State employees seeking transfer, promotion, demotion, or persons exercising re-employment rights, must pass a fingerprint supported background investigation applicable to the position. Additionally, in accordance with AHS Policy 4.02 - Hiring Standards, Vermont and/or national criminal record checks, as well as DMV and adult and child abuse registry checks, as appropriate to the position under recruitment, will be conducted on candidates. Hiring managers will notify applicants who are in the final stage of the interview process of the finger-printing and background check requirement, to which an applicant must agree to be deemed eligible for this position. Applicants will have the right to withdraw their applications before finger-printing and/or a background investigation is conducted. Environmental Factors
Duties are generally performed in a standard office setting. There may be periods of heavy workloads and tight deadlines. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. OR Two years of full-time college coursework OR associate's degree AND two (2) years or more performing administrative level duties in a health care, employment and training, or government setting. OR High School diploma or equivalent AND four (4) years or more performing administrative level duties in a health care, employment and training, or government setting. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with work schedule coordination or coordination of staffing in large scale operations. Special Requirements
BLS and ProACT certification must be achieved within three (3) months of hire. Total Compensation
