We are currently seekinga Seasonal QA/QC Technicianfor our Clearfield, PA facility. Main Responsibilities Responsible for analyzing materials, including, asphalt, aggregates, and emulsions Operates, maintains, and cleans laboratory testing equipment and workspace Accurately performs testing of aggregates and asphalt products according to PennDOT specifications and company quality control plans Record and maintain quality control reports Analyze data, troubleshoot, and recommend process control adjustments under the supervision of the quality control manager Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications and Requirements Previous lab experience preferred Must have a valid driver'slicense with a good driving record Must be energetic and willing to learn all aspects of the position Able to be flexible with duties and working hours Wears and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by Company safety guidelines Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds with or without assistance Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Standing/working on feet for long periods, and walking across uneven terrain Frequent exposure to loud noise Regularly exposed to all outdoor weather conditions, dust, and airborne particles Regularly exposed to fuel, oil, and other chemicals Required to work varying hours, including nights/weekends, Overtime as required A basic understanding of Microsoft 365 is required Culture at Midland Acknowledge and value diversity.
