PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• Assist in driving the execution of the project by supporting the project management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support project activities and stakeholders.

• Support to the project management team whenever required.
• Support the preparation of project reviews.
• Support the preparation of various reporting documents (Monthly Report).
• Support the project management team in relation to QCD processes.
• Proactive risk, saving and opportunity management by supporting the project team.
• Management of the project progress and its KPIs, and reports to senior management, with transparency during the business/critical project reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality.

She/He reports to the LAX Project Director or one of its delegates and maintains a close relationship with the other members of the project community, services, testing and commissioning, design, installation teams, customer and O&M.

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION

• University graduate (or equivalent) in Science related domain.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

• Experience or open mindset to work in an international environment.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• At ease with IT tools: excel, word, power point,
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical and electrical concepts,
• Railway experience or understanding is definitely a plus.
