The HR Intern plays a key administrative & operational role within the HR Team. This role provides flexible, responsive and proactive support to the HR Business Partners (HRBP). They will hold various HR administrative and operational responsibilities and will be successful in this role thanks to strong organization, planning, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Supports the HRBP on specific HR events such as employee engagement initiatives: Manages logistics, including communications with suppliers, facilitators, and attendees. Maintains employee records. Manages pre-onboarding for new hireswhich includes completing background checks and coordinating medical visits. Competencies & Skills : Reliable, committed, and able to perform duties involving confidential and sensitive information. This role requires maintaining confidentiality at all times.
