Job Description

Freedom Real Estate is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Huntsville, AL.Freedom was established in 2014 to invest and manage commercial real estate. We developed a long-term investment strategy around commercial rental income properties in the Huntsville, Alabama area. Our key focus was, and is, to own, hold, and manage long term commercial real estate to return a reasonable profit. We concentrated our efforts on renovating and modernizing spaces to attract and retain premium tenants. We also partnered with investors and firms to develop properties and improve our community. We set out to do business in a way to be recognized for our ethics, fair play, and to achieve win-win results for all stakeholders. We have continued on that path.

• Sells, rents, and buys property for clients for a commercial real estate firm.
• Creates commercial real estate services and solicits owners in order to obtain new listings.
• Examines property listings to become familiar with properties for sale.
• Accompanies prospects to property sites, quotes purchase price, describes features, and discusses conditions of sale or terms of lease.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management & Marketing
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Real Estate License in progress
