Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Facilities the Facilities Training Manager will:

Program Development & Delivery

Collaborate with Facilities department leaders to identify training needs and priorities.

• Design and implement technical training for trade-specific and operational skills.

• Develop and deliver soft skills training in communication, supervision, and customer service.

Content Development

• Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and departmental training plans.

• Customize training content for diverse learning styles.

• Support the development of the Pathways Pre-Apprenticeship Program.

• Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure training programs align with University policies and industry regulations.

• Work with the EHS safety training team to maintain compliance for Facilities staff.

• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Salary & Benefits:

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience.

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience related to training and instructional design and/or facilities services

• OR a combination of post high school education and experience equal to 8 years.
