You will contribute to the design of physical and conceptual solutions within a user-centric framework. Who You Are: You are a strong collaborator and communicator with a passion for storytelling and problem solving. You are flexible and adaptable to project and organizational change. You will: Work to understand and support the development of user experience and design strategies. Generate a diverse range of desirable concepts. Learn the product development processes, people, and design values of Steelcase. Work in a collaborative manner across teams and disciplines. Communicate effectively through sketches and sketch models. Develop an understanding of our manufacturing and available supplier processes. Present concepts, prcoess, and proposals effectively to teams, both internally and externally to dealers and clients. Create documentation of design assets for various projects. Hands on prototyping experience. Minimum Qualifications: BFA or BS in Industrial Design or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in industrial design Strong CAD modeling skills, Fusion 360 preferred?
