As a Principal Technical Program Manager in CE&S Strategy and Operations team, you will drive critical quality excellence rhythms as part of our commitment to the customer experience. ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as overall lead for technical program management office driving cross-company initiative. You will create relationships with stakeholders and executives to drive strategy, orchestration and integration efforts across operational pillars. You will provide technical leadership and strategic oversight in development of initiative planning and execute against roadmap. You will oversee initiative governance programs and processes to ensure that specific performance requirements and standards are met throughout the development lifecycle (e.g., quality, compliance privacy, security, safety, accessibility). You will partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to design complex technical solutions across feature areas. You'll also give key stakeholders data-driven recommendations based on identified risks. You'll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing multiple feature areas for highly complex cross-functional projects. You'll coordinate and ensure alignment across the business. You will deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups across divisions, track project schedules, drive development of staging and implementation plans, and lead governance programs.
