The team works across business groups to tie objectives, insights and innovation together to drive business impact through world-class media strategies, plans and results. The team's responsibilities extend to driving market intelligence and contributing to Microsoft's media innovation across media channels and ad tech. The Senior Manager, Branded Media Content will be responsible for developing and executing branded media strategies that enhance our brand's presence and engagement across various media platforms. This role involves managing relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders, overseeing the creation of branded content, and ensuring that all media initiatives align with our marketing objectives and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Branded Media Content space. ResponsibilitiesBranded Media Planning and Execution Develop and implement branded media plans within a larger media campaign Monitor and evaluate the performance of the plans, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in media and digital technology to identify new opportunities Manage the creation of partner created branded content, including articles, videos, and social media posts, collaborating with internal creative and external agency partners Cross-Functional Team Leadership The ability to lead and manage individuals and teams across various business functions and unite them to achieve shared goals Manage relationships with media partners, including publishers, networks, and agencies to build branded media plans Collaborate with multiple internal teams, including creative, Strategic Partnerships and others to ensure effective branded media plans Drive Accountability for Branded Media Investments Embrace and encourage an audience first lens through which all branded media campaigns are planned, executed and optimized Oversee the budget, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
