Our client is currently seeking two (2) mid-senior UX Writers to join their mature and highly collaborative UX team. They'd be joining two Technical Writers on the team to take on some of their work in addition to writing for their AI products. Strong backgrounds in software or technical writing is highly preferred as these roles will not only be collaborating with the UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Developer teams from beginning to end, but will also be defining the writing style guide for their AI products.
Key Responsibilities: - Developing instructional content, onboarding guides, and other user-facing materials to help customers effectively use the company's offerings. - Collaborating closely with the design and research teams to ensure content aligns with the user experience and meets the needs of the target audience. - Establishing writing guidelines and standards to maintain consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across the organization. - Leveraging tools like MadCap Flare and Pendo to publish and manage content. - Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in AI-powered content creation. *Skills* Technical writing, UX Writing, Technical documentation, ux research, madcap flare, Pendo, Design Guides, AI Writing *Top Skills Details* Technical writing,UX Writing,Technical documentation,ux research,madcap flare,Pendo,Design Guides *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Technical communications backgrounds are ideal (i.e., Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, UX Design, etc.) - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content. - Desire to be a part of the UX process from beginning to end. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
