Job Overview
Join our Direct-To-Consumer team as an Ecommerce System Support Specialist. In this role, you will: We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our ecommerce team as an entry-level eCommerce Systems Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of order entry, order health monitoring, order fulfillment, platform integration, and data management processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our systems and operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong work ethic. A dedication to mastering new skills and contributing to team success is essential. By meticulously managing data and processes, you'll support overall business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.
Essential Functions
- Order Management: Manage and process custom product orders, special requests, and orders from various platforms and retail partners.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor and resolve order processing issues and integration errors across multiple platforms to maintain system integrity.
- Performance Reporting: Generate performance reports for vendors and internal systems to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
- Shipment Monitoring: Process and monitor shipment updates between platforms, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- System Integration: Monitor system integrations for errors, ensuring seamless data flow and addressing any issues that arise.
- Data Management: Process bulk product data updates in SAP and Brightpearl, and conduct pricing and lead time audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Fulfillment Updates: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment updates across multiple platforms.
- Must be able to perform all essential job function with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with data entry, and data management with different systems professionally
- Experience in a professional internship with data management or computer information systems.
- Ability to work 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time Zone.
- Ability to travel to Holland, MI quarterly.
- Applicant must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for the position.
