Under supervision of the Senior Pharmacy Supervisor, you willperform a range of functions that are related to medication profile review, clinical interventions, procurement of medications and transitions of care. You will:
- Help the Senior Pharmacy Supervisor in directing the team
- Cultivate and model a collegial, professional, cooperative relationship with pharmacy staff, medical professionals, support, and administrative staff. You will:

Schedule:Varied
shifts, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays Hourly
Salary Range: $85.87 - $100.58 (Union represented, step based salary depending
on years of experience) Bargaining

Qualifications
We're
seeking a strong, independent clinical leader with current California Pharmacy
licensure, a PharmD degree and:
- Strong communication,
organizational, prioritizing, and follow-through skills - Knowledge of clinical,
ambulatory, specialty, transitions of care and dispensing workflows - CSP or equivalent board
certification preferred - Advanced Practice Pharmacist
(APh) licensure is desirable - Basic Life Support (BLS)
certificate from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association - Certification for
Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery with Applied Practice
