This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as Lead Engineer - VAVE Connected Buildings in Peachtree City GA with Signify.

Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

As the Lead Engineer you'll perform and lead others through a variety of engineering work in designing, planning, and overseeing manufacture, construction, testing and evaluation of components, equipment and systems used in lighting products and related control systems.

You'll work closely with other disciplines in the development and timely completion of projects to include the planning and scheduling, cost analysis, evaluation of alternatives, design review, management review, tooling release and production release.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of mechanical / electrical / electronic product design experience

• 2+ years of experience focused on Ambient and Architectural lighting fixtures

• Program management/leadership ability

• Cross Functional/Matrixed Organization Experience

• Phase Gate Design Approach background

Salary: $121,300 - $177,980 based on experience level

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%
