Position Overview:

As the East Coast Business Development Manager, you'll take the lead in driving revenue and expanding market share for Vomela's fleet graphics services. This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you will manage and motivate a dynamic team of Account Executives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement strategic sales initiatives, enhance customer experiences, and achieve ambitious sales targets. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager and play a key role in fostering ongoing sales training and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive daily sales activities across the East Coast region
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of new Account Executives
  • Achieve sales targets by leading the development of your sales team
  • Work closely with sales management to identify training needs and provide feedback on existing sales programs
  • Establish clear, measurable goals for your team and monitor progress toward these objectives
  • Regularly travel within the region to support field efforts and work with your team on-site
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director, National Sales Manager, and Director of Strategic Accounts on special projects
  • Manage sales through KPIs and CRM processes to track performance and opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing a sales team, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and persuasive, with the ability to influence others
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Located on the East Coast and willingness to travel within the East Coast region as needed
