ATC is looking for a motivated, self-starting Logistics Administrator. This individual will provide administrative support to the logistics team, acquiring and processing materials for delivery to worldwide locations. DUTIES: Receive and record logistic support tasks for multiple projects, ensure logistics requests are properly entered into the database Draft and manage all purchase requests for delivery to vendors and ensure purchase orders are processed in time to avoid any late payments Managing and maintaining an accurate inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment Answer the logistics help desk phone - responding to all queries from suppliers and customer project leads and communicating in a professional manner Analyzing data to identify opportunities for logistic process improvement *Requirements:* Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment with on-site and off-site staff and clients Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
