MongoDB is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Global Integrated Campaigns team. The role will report to the Director, Global Demand Generation. The ideal candidate is adept at thinking both strategically and tactically to get things done by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong knowledge of integrated campaign planning, development, and alignment cross-functionally. Knowledge of program/project management methodology is required to drive early-stage planning to cross-functional execution, as are strong communication and facilitation skills.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in New York City for our hybrid working model.


What you'll do:

  • Define and launch integrated marketing plans and campaigns for key target audiences by keeping project timelines updated and clear across all stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with our product marketing team to align messaging and understand relevant product launches and moments to roll into each campaign
  • Partner with our regional marketing colleagues in North America, EMEA and APAC and our cross-functional partners across Revenue Marketing, Growth Marketing, Developer Relations, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications and Marketing Operations to build the strategy, gather requirements, and ensure we deliver a consistent, unified global message to the market
  • Work with our design team to support the development of new creative and iterate on it as we test and learn
  • Join all relevant meetings and represent integrated campaign strategies and KPIs to cross-functional teams
  • The role of integrated marketing is one of team collaboration and strong interpersonal and communication skills with a varied background of marketing roles. You can think strategically and execute tactically to get campaigns across the finish line
  • Culturally aware and excited about working with international partners
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, you're a master juggler and don't let it get the best of you
  • Must be data-driven to analyze campaign performance toward key input metrics


We're looking for someone with...

  • 5+ years experience in demand generation or integrated marketing
  • B.S. in Marketing or Journalism
  • Experience or have working knowledge of product-led growth processes and KPIs
  • Tech B2B experience preferred
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to storyboard campaign themes and messages to develop compelling campaigns to bring to market

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

$84,000 $165,000 USD
