The Global Ecommerce Roadmap Project Manager will play a key role in supporting and organizing projects and initiatives within TVH's Ecommerce department. This position will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, assisting with project planning, and coordinating implementation. Additionally, the role may include serving as the lead Project Manager for smaller-scale projects. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Assist in prioritizing and executing cross-departmental Ecommerce initiatives, providing regular status updates to the Global Head of Ecommerce.

• End-to-end coordination of Ecommerce project activities in alignment with departmental and company-wide objectives.

• Communicate new developments, goals, procedures, and project statuses across departments.

• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, including writing, editing reports, presentations, and summaries.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• Minimum of a 2-year degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce and Project Management.

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, training, and time management skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.

• Ability to connect effectively with diverse personalities.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

• Skilled in delivering clear communication to both large and small groups, both orally and in writing.

• Capable of responding to shifting priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to follow directions and communicate them effectively to a group.

• Flexible and adaptable, able to make decisions and adjust actions to achieve the best outcomes for the company.

• Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive).
