Pay Rate: $16.85 per hour

shift hours: 1AM-9:30AM+OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Hanging product on line driven shackles for aging and cut-up
• Product grading - Identify whole birds that meet product specification for suitable product codes
• Product wash

• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs required.
• Rotation into all positions within the Chiller Rehang Area required.
