Sales Strategy Lead

What success looks like in this role:

* Provides Operations Management consultation and advice organization wide.
* Works with key business leaders, senior leadership, departments and vendors to determine root causes and provide solutions to improve processes and reduce costs.
* Works on the most complex business problems and on problems with impact enterprise wide.
* Serves as a key contributor to processes designed to envision and drive the implementation of new, improved, and simplified processes that have long-term, cross-organizational, and cross-functional impact.
* Partners with functional / operational leaders to ensure integrated and effective deployment, as well as adaptation of process improvement initiatives.
* Ensures initiatives and implemented processes align with / support business strategies and objectives.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 12+ years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master's degree preferred
