What success looks like in this role: * Provide day-to-day IT administration and support to on-site as well as remote end-users through a combination of walk-up, telephone and ticketing system supporting a primarily Mac-based desktop environment including Active Directory/Office 365 and third party cloud applications. * Work as part of a team supporting all Corporate Systems and infrastructure including applications for Finance, HR and Marketing as well as LAN, WAN and communications infrastructure (phone, conferencing). * Manage relationships with IT vendors and partners, including procurement of software and hardware. * Provide regular monitoring, gathering, recording and reporting of performance metrics including reporting on health of corporate IT services. * Embrace and/or adopt industry best-practices in IT operations and support processes. * Establish and publish desktop/laptop/mobile hardware and software standards. * Particpate in the on boarding and off boarding process when necessary. * Operate IT Operations toolsets, including SCCM. * Support remote/off-shore resources and contractors with remote access to corporate assets. * Ability to support executives in a small, fast-paced environment. * Ability to provide technical support for offsite events (i.e. user conferences, Summit, etc.) * Experience implementing at least one major corporate system (i.e. Finance or HR) * Willingness to learn to highlight relevant skills, attend training sessions and ask questions. * Accuracy and attention to detail in work is a must with automation improvements; effective communication to explain automation processes * Travel (%) 20% You will be successful in this role if you have: * Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience with progressive levels of responsibility. * Experience supporting and providing remote desktop support to on-shore and off-shore personnel. * Experience with corporate application platforms for Finance, HR or Sales & Marketing * Experience supporting VoIP telephony and video conferencing services. * Proven ability to successfully complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with virtualized server environments. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audience. Preferred Skills: * Bachelor's degree or technical training preferred * Experience with Mac-based desktop environment #LI-DNI This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
