Your Mission: Build, Innovate & Optimize Data Intelligence Design & Architect Enterprise-Level BI Solutions - Develop a scalable data framework that enables advanced analytics, seamless integration, and business intelligence excellence. Transform Raw Data into Actionable Insights - Engineer efficient ETL processes and optimize data structures to ensure clean, reliable, and accessible information for decision-makers. Power Business Intelligence & Reporting - Create robust Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and KPI-driven scorecards that drive visibility and performance. Enable Seamless Data Integration - Design methodologies for data flow across internal and external systems, ensuring flexibility, security, and scalability. Optimize Performance & Efficiency - Continuously refine semantic layers, metadata management, and data transformation processes to enhance system reliability and reporting speed. Lead Innovation & Emerging Technology Adoption - Stay ahead of BI trends, introducing new tools and best practices to elevate data management, analytics, and automation. Ensure Data Security & Compliance - Implement robust data governance, quality controls, and security measures to protect sensitive business information. What You Bring to the Table Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in data warehouse development, BI architecture, and data analytics. Expertise in SQL Databases (SQL Server, Snowflake), Power BI (DAX, UX, paginated reports), and ETL tools (Keboola, Azure Data Factory, etc.). Proven ability to design KPI-driven dashboards, dimensional data models, and business intelligence solutions. Deep understanding of Kimball Lifecycle Methodology for Data Warehousing. Technical Expertise: Expert-level SQL development with strong knowledge of RDBMS (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) and performance optimization. Experience with data virtualization, metadata management, and entity resolution. Strong grasp of data governance, security management, and access controls. Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to identify inefficiencies, optimize performance, and create scalable BI solutions that drive business success. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time. Zone 1: $160,000 - $190,000 This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
